Nafon Posted June 14, 2014 Share Posted June 14, 2014 I have been without my K70 for about a month now, and the replacement keyboard was marked as shipped on Monday night with tracking number, but it is now Friday night, the end of the week, and the UPS tracking still shows "Order Processed: Ready for UPS," saying that Corsair has yet to send it out of the RMA department. Has there been a problem with my RMA? I added a comment to the ticket at 10:54 AM Central US Time this morning, but the CSR did not reply and it's now the weekend. This is why I'm posting to the forums, in the odd chance that a corsair rep will check this over the weekend. Ticket number: 6465492. I need to know when my keyboard will ship, as I am going to be busy for the next couple weeks and need to know when to be home to get the package. Thanks. wytnyt Posted June 14, 2014 Share Posted June 14, 2014 im sure they send out daily but lately they have also been overwhelmed with bringing out their newly released products,having a show at computex ,shipping nearly 500 shipments from a contest sponsored here ,along with the normal business.. if you call them they can give you a status of your order right away... I've never seen a package take a week to be picked up and then scanned. Once the bigger delivery gets to the closest depot or distribution point, they break it down and all of the items inside of the delivery go live. A different Rep got back to me on my ticket (On a Sunday!! and thanks techno and wytnyt for posting here on the weekend as well!) and said "We are checking with UPS to see what the issue is with some of the tracking numbers provided." Nafon Posted June 21, 2014 Author Share Posted June 21, 2014 The tracking updated a week after it was labeled as shipped and finally arrived today :D: The tracking page updated Monday night, and the CSR on my ticket got back to me again on Thursday night and said "Checked with shipping again and it looks like the previous tracking was inaccurate. Here is your updated tracking number." Only thing is, the tracking number he gave me was the original one lol. so idk what actually happened. Oh well. A month after sending it in, I finally got my replacement keyboard! It works, and it's cherry mx browns instead of the original reds :sunglasse.
