Corsair Rep? Looking for more drive mounting screws

I have a C70 among many other products in my case. I only seem to have 4 total hard drive screws. The black/gunmetal colored ones that mount a drive to its tray. I now have 3 SSD's, 2 of which only have 2 screws each holding them in. I looked all through my leftover screw sets from the case and see no more fine threaded screws. Could someone help me out? :o:

I have an RMA pending that I asked about buying additional screws and I have yet to hear squat from anyone other than the canned message that said I will hear from them in so many hours (which I never did). I gave up and went out and found an alternative. Even though I live in a major metropolitan area (Phoenix, AZ area), I frequently have to go online to find what I'm looking for since even the local wholesalers don't always have what I'm looking for. McMaster-Carr is an excellent source for hard to find hardware, tools, other parts, etc. although digging through their online catalogue can be a bit frustrating.

Post your ticket number, I'll ask someone to look into your RMA and see if we can spot why your case was overlooked. Sorry about the delay and thanks for being helpful to other forum members here. We REALLY appreciate it. ::pirate::

FYI:

screw ticket - We responded to it in < 24 hours but you did not respond back to the Corsair rep. That was a month ago.

case question ticket - Please respond back to it as per the Corsair rep's request in the ticket.

What part of I never got a response did you not understand? As I said, I found another alternative.

Calm yourself. "Screw Ticket" means ticket dealing with screws. It's not an insult. ::pirate::

 

I'm sorry. I misunderstood and have corrected my post.

 

Edit: This brings up another problem. I currently have two RMAs. I haven't received an email on either of them even though the tickets show responses.
