mantom01
Hello, i just purchased the cosair k95 today. Everything is working perfectly besides the media keys. (this is not including the volume rocker or mute button). Only the play/pause, weird square one, next and previous song buttons don't work. Each time i re install the drivers for the keyboard my computer will reconise that the buttons are being pressed as it changes the cursor to the spinning blue circle. Not sure what i should try to do now. Cheers guys.

Toasted
Can you try the keyboard on another computer? Do the multimedia keys work? Have you tried switching the polling rate just to see if anything changes? (Switch at the front of the keyboard).
mantom01
The keyboard is 100% functional on my dads Toshiba laptop, media keys work flawlessly. I guess that means something isnt right with the software on my computer. Changing the polling rate did not change anything. Cheers
Toasted
If you have any old gaming keyboard/mouse drivers, uninstall them and see if it helps. Close background programs as it may be preventing the multimedia keys from working and test it out again.

Toasted
Have you tried a different USB port? Does that help?

Toasted
Seeing as the keyboard is working fine on another computer, it sounds like something is preventing the multimedia keys from being used. Possibly two media player applications open at once? Just to double check, the service is set to start automatically and it's running?
mantom01
Yep service is set to automatic and it is running. I only use itunes for my media. Cheers

Xehvier
I'm having this same issue with my new K95. I recently received a replacement K95, and I'm still having the same problem.
stevvie
Corsair seem to manage the media keys different to EVERY other manufacturer. My old razor media keys just worked. And my cheapo keyboard media keys just work. But its a bit hit and miss if my K95 RGB media keys work.
