Silverstreak
From what I have read the fan is automatic and will start when the PSU's load and temp thresholds have been crossed. Don't worry too much about it. If you wish, you can start the fan manually by clicking on the AX1200i fan icon and in the control panel that appears on the right of the Corsair Link window, switch it to manual and type in any value >40% duty cycle. The fan should start spinning up. If it does not, RMA the unit as the fan may be faulty. Sorry, I cannot be more specific as my AX1200i is failing during boot time and will be off to the dealer for a replacement. Using my laptop to type this response. :) PS - My PSU runs at about 40-43 C at an output load of about 140-160W (PC is more or less idle), in ambient room temps of 29-32 C (it's been an unusually hot summer this year!). Once I switch on the fan using the software, the temp drops by a several degrees to the mid 30s. Hope this helps.

leoshen
Hi Silverstreak, My fan spin now... But i can ask something? 1. What is Fixed mode? 2. What is PWM... % ? 3. Better i set default PSU fan to Fixewd mode or defauld mode? Thanks Regards, AN http://oi61.tinypic.com/11kcpe0.jpg
Corsair Employees jonnyguru Posted June 12, 2014 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 12, 2014 "Fixed mode" means you're setting a fixed point at which the fan starts spinning. "PWM" stands for pulse width modulation. If you set the PWM to 40%, the fan's lowest RPM will be 40% of it's full speed and will ramp up faster as necessary. The AXi series are made for silence, so I would leave it at default. If silence doesn't concern you, use fixed mode. It's up to you. That's why you're given the option. Is your PSU running too hot? Probably not. Looks like you might have one Titan, correct? So a 1200W PSU is about twice what you need. Probably should run out and buy another one. ;):
leoshen
Hi Jonnyguru, Thanks for the explanation. Yes i only have 1 Titan, i buy AXi 1200 because I was afraid of not enough power, my put a lot of hard drive inside Ok better i follow you to set my fan to default mode... Thanks bro...
