Hello. I already sent my PSU last week and still no response or what so ever.

 

I sent at the same time the motherboard ( which the PSU ***ed up ) and I already received it from ASUS.

 

I heard that everyone says that Corsair has bad RMA but i could not believe. :mad:

 

I need this for my exams and I can't make my project because i don't have a damn PSU. MY friend told me to invest 100€+ in a PSU and already doesn't work xD.

 

My 10 years old 100€ PC still working with a 10€ PSU. Amazing

No response? I'm seeing multiple responses going back and forth between you and support over the last week. If you're referring to not getting a notice about it arriving, please re-check the ticket. It arrived 7.5 hours ago and the ticket status was updated when it arrived, and again when it went into processing.

Yeah sry my english is that good. I meant that.But I didn't get any email about the arrival and the ticket doesn't say anything about the arrival.

 

I asked if how it was, since it arrived last week. The Corsair USA said that they would check it with RMA service. Still no response.

 

Can you help me to see if they will send a good one to me?

Sorry about that, you wouldn't get an email notifying you of the arrival.

 

The ticket's RMA status shows PROCESSING, which means we have received it.

 

Items sent in are replaced.

 

I m kinda curious. Do you know how can a power supply stopped working like that? I restarted the PC and it never booted again.

 

Didn't smoke or smell bad. Just died in peace :confused:
