abn505
All, What would be better, two 120 AF or two 140 AF for the top of my 750D? Also, would it really help temps? My temps on my CPU run around 55-60c when playing battlefield 4 and my top GPU runs around 78-80c and my bottom card runs around 65-70c. The temps go down a little when my RM850 fan kicks on after around 45 minutes of play. Thanks
LangZone
AF140's would be better in both performance and noise (plus I think they look cooler :P) I guess it all depends on if you have anything up top now. Your CPU temp is fine and presuming you are using stock coolers on your graphics cards, they are not in the danger zone. If you dont have fans up top now you may see a decrease as it can pull out the hot air a lot faster to allow new air to enter the case. You could also hang the hdd cage (if you use 3.5 drives) and put a couple AF120's in the bottom mounts (I recommend also using a filter) which will toss more air up to your bottom graphics card. abn505
Thanks, I have one 120 on the bottom now. I thought about putting another one in, but the first one closest to the video card doesn't really blow directly onto the video cards. You know how it is, first build and always want to add something to increase performance. I think your right, two A140's will look better on top. If I do that, would it make sense to keep the magneteic filter on top. LangZone
I have a H110 on top of my 750 with AF140's exhausting out. I left my magnetic filter on because I think it looks better (and now I also have an AF140 intaking over my 5.25 bays where my 3.5 hdd's are mounted with a bracket) but you don't need it no. You wont see a temp change with or without it. I have 2 AF120's in the bottom of my case intaking and saw a temp decease of ~5c over all.
abn505
Do you have a pic of how you did your AF140 intaking over your 5.25 bays? Thanks
LangZone
Dust filter off just to see the fans. (They are the AF140L's that come with the case)

abn505
How did you get 3 AF140 fans on top? I thought the spec was 3 120's or two 140's on top? Thanks for the pics and help.
LangZone
There are mounting holes for 3x 140 fans, its just that one will be inside your 5.25 bay and block anything from being in the top slot. I don't use 5.25 devices, but if you were just using an optical drive you could always just move it down one space and still have the fan. Or mount your hard drives there with 3.5 to 5.25 brackets like I did.
