bcrawley57
I have purchased a CX 600 Power supply to upgrade the 300W supply that came with it. However there is a 4 pin input for the CPU supply on the motherboard and no 4 pin connector on the supply. The CPU feed is 8 PIN. Can you advise if there is an alternative way to connect to the 4 pin socket, i.e. using half of the 8 pin connector? I have seen this question raised on the HP forums, but they have advised the user, and hence myself too to contact these forums. Kind regards,
jameyscott
I believe the 8 pin EPS cable on the CX600 splits off into two 4 pins. :)
