DJ Tucker
So as the title says I have an LED issue. For some reason and it's been a while now, my LED button on my GS800 has stopped working. Any way to fix this?

Corsair Employees jonnyguru Posted June 8, 2014 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 8, 2014 RMA it. There's no way to fix it without voiding the warranty and to fix it you'd have to actually know what's wrong (bad switch, bad LED, loose connection, etc. etc. etc.)
DJ Tucker
well I just noticed there should be a warranty sticker over one of the screws and I haven't got that. does that mean my warranty is void?
Corsair Employees jonnyguru Posted June 9, 2014 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 9, 2014 Which GS800 is this? The old one or the new one with the colored trim? Is there no sticker or is the sticker damaged?
DJ Tucker
one with the coloured trim but not the 2013 edition. there is no sticker at all.
Corsair Employees jonnyguru Posted June 9, 2014 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 9, 2014 Hmm.... Try to RMA it just the same. Should be a "dot" sticker over one of the screws that holds the cover on, but if it's not there......
