Nerv00
Hi. I have just filled out a RMA application and received my ticket number which is 6475299. I have also received a postage label to Netherlands, Netherlands really? The PSU is heavier than a brick, it's massive as well. The postage will cost me roughly 40GBP. Why is there no Corsair HQ in UK, it's ridiculous. Can you guys not send a courier to pick this huge piece of concrete up? :D: By the way, I couldn't add any additional information to the ticket so here it is. Basically the computer will crash, completely, even without a blue screen during heavy gaming. The only error message I receive is the one from the MOBO: "Power supply surges detected during the previous power on. Asus anti-surge was triggered to protect system from unstable power supply unit." It seems to happen only when there is a lot of heavy video processing. I've asked on different forums and been advised to RMA the PSU. Event Log: http://i.imgur.com/RvSJp8q.jpg
