Toasted
Try an older version of the software and see if it can detect your PSU.
Corsair Employees jonnyguru Posted June 3, 2014 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 3, 2014 Also, how is the PSU connected? Directly to the motherboard with the dongle or through a Commander?
Pere Orriols
Hello... Is through a Commander, in Windows 8.1 64 bit and an older version works fine Thanks
Corsair Employees jonnyguru Posted June 5, 2014 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 5, 2014 Oh? Good. I asked because I personally had my Commander bricked by a newer version of Link doing a firmware update. If you can post the firmware version of your Commander, I'd like to put in a bug report. Also, have you considered using the USB dongle instead of going through the Commander to see if the results are different?
Pere Orriols
corsair link program in options tab, devices. on the right side says: corsair hydro h100i USB version: here no says nothing. A little below says corsair h100i version: 1.07. If I connect the power supply to an external USB, it works correctly. the problem is that I have no free USB
Corsair Employees jonnyguru Posted June 6, 2014 Corsair Employees Share Posted June 6, 2014 When the Commander is installed, it should show up on the left. I need that version #. What is the version number of the software that works for you?
