Mini Aird 240

Hey Corsair!!!

Just wanted to say thanks for making the smaller version. I already had a 250d in my cart but now that I see the Air 240 releasing this August I can't wait to order that mini beast.

Do you guys know what size PSU will fit in the back so I can begin the planning?

God damn it. I just got the 250D. I'm guessing the Air 240 will be a bit wider than the 250D because of dual chambers.

Here's the video on it:

It looks pretty sexy. Fits MATX too which is surprising.

Exactly!

I had the 250d in my cart and ready to purchase this Friday but as a current owner of a 540 Air there is no way I'm passing up on the mini.

I'm hoping the cable management is as easy and clean as in the full size but my only question is if it takes full size PSUs?

The 250d does take a 200mm rad which was a huge point for me since this will be a custom water cooled HTPC but that full side glass window will show all the work nicely.

Considering Corsair's philosophy is delivering the best with no compromising, and that the Air 240 can fit MATX and 2 240mm radiators- it most likely will fit a full size PSU.

Yes I hope so...but it looks like one of the radiators would obstruct the size limit of the PSU. Also i'm anxious to see if there is any kind of HDD drive bay in the back. If not I would have to attach one to fit the 4 4TB HDDs that will store all my media.

Either way I'm getting it and will make it all fit..I will be using an APU so that should free up some room on the window side. Maybe a 240mm Rad in the front with the HDDs hidden behind a horizontal res.

hmm

I'm attracted to the Air 240 as well and was considering the 250D or 450D before this. Does the Air 240 have any dust filtering? That's one plus for the 250D and 450D that they are fully dust filtered. If I got the Air 240 the case orientation with the window on top would be nice for any side of my desk so I like you can put the feet where you want.
