jcd06
Hi people, I'm using a Force Series™ GT 240GB since more than two years now with great satisfaction. I have never had any troubles whatsoever. On this page http://www.corsair.com/en/force-series-gt-240gb-sata-3-6gbps-solid-state-hard-drive I find the following sentence Valid warranty claims should be processed through the retailer where the item was purchased during the first thirty (30) days after purchase. which I do not understand. Can you pleas explain me what it means? Best regards, Jean
Synthohol
hello, it means that most stores have a 30 day return/exchange policy so if you have a faulty item you dont have to send it back to Corsair, the stores ret/exg policy should be faster. after 30 days you have Corsair's RMA warranty period. Administrators Technobeard Posted June 1, 2014 Administrators Share Posted June 1, 2014 Note: Our warranty starts on day one, but like Synthohol said - within the time frame of the store's policy it's usually better to RMA through them.
