NTCosa Posted May 30, 2014 Share Posted May 30, 2014 For this situation it really is better, and quicker, to just call them.. call them free on Skype or with your cell @ 1 (888) 222-4346 -- it's the fastest way to get any response.. I believe because your tickets just sit there in a que, but if you call, and give the representative your ticket number it's basically like bringing your ticket to the very front of the line in the que and they take care of you right then and there. I did this today, after receiving responses yesterday on my ticket, but then they stopped communicating on my ticket.. so I called them, and was on hold maybe 1-2 minutes, and within a couple more minutes my replacement product was scheduled to be sent out by the rep I spoke with. I received no update on my ticket or any notifications in my email regarding to the issue UNTIL I had to call myself and find out. That is just horrible service and ridiculous. Makes me not want to deal with Corsair again. But hey at least the refund check is gonna come in ****ing 4-6 weeks. ****ty RMA process on Corsair's part.
