Ticket # 6471917

Recommended Posts

To answer your question, the support has been not top notch here lately. I wanted to be sure everything is pointed out. The person who handled my ticket sent it to "customer service" because he believed my proof of purchase was not valid enough to process an RMA for me, even though your warranty terms state, that a statement copy is valid proof of purchase..

But, how is your question even relevant? Can we please stick to topic and try to get some service instead of question the end user?

Does the description of this forum not say "Post here if you're having problems with an RMA"? It does.. so that's what I did.. I posted here, because I have a problem, with my RMA.
