V10Club Posted May 28, 2014 Share Posted May 28, 2014 Hello, I asked for a new Corsair Air 540 Silver window panel because the one I had received was completely scratched up. Corsair did not respond to my ticket but today I come home to a Corsair Carbide 200 R Windowless case. I don't know how such a big mix up happened but anyway can we please have this corrected? I've been waiting for a week now and would appreciate a fix. I also hope I won't be charged to send this entire case back to you guys. Ticket # 6471004 Thank you. V10Club Posted May 28, 2014 Author Share Posted May 28, 2014 Edit: Okay this is weird and I have to apologize. You guys did not send me this item. I just realized it is from Newegg. They for some reason sent me another Corsair case under the same order number as the Air 540. I have no idea how that happened so I'm contacting them so I can give them this case back lol. Since it was a Corsair case I thought it was a mistake from you guys and didn't bother going deeper into it. I'm sorry for the confusion I should have researched this instead of immediately assumed you guys sent me the wrong thing. Any who, since I have you here.
