Bert123
I have had my Corsair Vengance 2000 headset since August 2012, haven't had any problems with it up until a couple months ago, the plastic on the left side cracked, and I have never dropped these. I take good care of them. But that's not a problem for me, I just used a little electrical tape and fixed it. But in the past two months it has been harder and harder for me to charge. I have to make sure to pin the charging head against something to keep it snug to the headset, otherwise it doesn't charge. But this past weekend it just stopped charging completely. I have tried charging through USB ports and wall ports. No luck. Any help would be much appreciated.
Toasted
Request an RMA to replace the headset and make sure you upload a picture of the invoice as proof of purchase. The Vengeance headset have a two year warranty and you're nearing the expiry date, so it's better to get it replaced.

Toasted
You can request an RMA here. It's a separate account from the forum so you'll need to create a new support account. http://corsair.force.com/ Upload the picture of the invoice as an attachment to the ticket.
