Silverneck
Os: Windows 8 What I've done to fix the problem: Restarting and reinstalling drivers. I was using the headphones for gaming then out of the blue they stopped working in mid session. I've had them for about 6 months and they were working fine. The only thing abnormal about them now is that the blue LED bar on the headphones are solid as well as the charging LED is solid amber. The headphones can be seen by my computer still but no sound comes through them.
Toasted
Let the battery discharge and fully recharge the headset before use.
Nandiman
Here is the very long thread regarding you problem for more info. The short version, let is discharge (which will reset the wonky LED's) and than a full charge. To avoid future problems, dont turn on/off the headset or the PC while the charger is in. If you need to turn either of them on or off, unplug the charging cable first.
escannihilator
I have never had to do what you suggested in your post....there has to be some other underlying problem with people systems
henryuk
I have never had to do what you suggested in your post....there has to be some other underlying problem with people systems No you're wrong. There are many people with this problem, I have it myself. The design of the headset is clearly faulty - probably a manufacturing problem with one of their lines. My headset has now totally stopped working after two hours out of the box. Totally shoddy behaviour from what I thought was a respectable company.
