Ticket # 6469777

On 05/20/14 I put in a ticket request for my recently deceased K70 keyboard. I received a ticket # and automated response right away but haven't heard anything since.

 

Just as a comparison, a few years ago I did an RMA for a HX600 Power Supply. By ~ 7 days I had spoken with a Corsair rep, did some troubleshooting, had already shipped back the defective unit and was waiting for the replacement to arrive (which worked fine and still works great to this day BTW). Due to that great experience I expect better from Corsair...

 

Is there something else I should be doing? Is it time for a phone call?

I'll take a look at this right away. We're stretched pretty thin at the moment and I'm really sorry that this is taking so long to get a reply.

 

Thank you for your help with this. As requested I attached a scan of my original order/invoice to the ticket + left a comment...
