ComplexityAU
Hey guys, I've had my Corsair K70 [silver, Cherry Red] for about 6 months now. Recently the Lights on some keys have stopped working. I take good care of my gear and I was thinking it's just a mechanical fault. The Up Arrow, has completely stopped working and the Right Arrow and #6 key have dimmed compared to the rest. I barely use those keys :3 I could live with it unless more keys start going but do they take Warranty for this type of thing? I mean, I payed a lot of money for it. Any help? Cheers. Toasted
Yes, you can request an RMA to replace the keyboard. Make sure you keep your invoice as proof of purchase as it may be required when requesting a RMA. The keyboard has a two year warranty just for your information. KnuckleSangwich
I just had about 15 of the LEDs go out on my K70 as well which is a huge bummer. I rely heavily on this keyboard and it looks like I'll be without for a while. They apparently don't have the blue LED version in stock anymore while preparing for their new RGB keyboard. Support was helpful in getting my issue taken care of though. I just hope it doesn't take too long for the new model keyboard to start shipping. Boxing it up this week and already can't stand the thought of using my old Logitech keyboard in the mean time :(
