Raƒa
Two weeks ago you received my 900D, my ticket number is 6461693. The insured shipping via DHL costed me 42€. A few days after I checked the Tracking number and saw that you received the Case, I wrote a comment in my ticket section. I asked how long it would take until you ship the replacement. I got the answer that you did not receive it but this could be due to a delay in your System. My ticket was transferred to the RMA Department and I was told that they would reply to me shortly. A few days later without getting a reply I asked again. This has been over a week now and I still got no answer and no case. So what is going on? Raƒa
I know but I'm from Germany, so the RMA Department responsible for me is the one in Netherlands.
Synthohol
i dont think you can call the depot directly, you have to call Corsair's USA number either toll free or even Skype for free.
Administrators Technobeard Posted May 26, 2014 Administrators Share Posted May 26, 2014 I know but I'm from Germany' date=' so the RMA Department responsible for me is the one in Netherlands.[/quote']Yes and no. There's no "RMA Department" per se. Technical and Customer Support is in the USA, but there's an RMA depot in the Netherlands, but they don't handle calls or anything. I can't recall if they're open today though.
Raƒa
I don't use Skype and I hoped to avoid to make a call to the U.S. since the shipping costs were already so high, that's why I posted my case in this forum.
Administrators Technobeard Posted May 27, 2014 Administrators Share Posted May 27, 2014 You don't have to call or anything, just respond back to the ticket. Having said that, I'll bump it internally and see what can be done.
Raƒa
You don't have to call or anything, just respond back to the ticket. I did this two days ago, which was the third time within three weeks and I still got no answer.

Raƒa
Got an answer over one week ago, they told me they would send an email to the netherlands and reply quickly, in the meantime I went to DHL and asked them to inquire, they told me that the shipment definitely arrived at Corsair's RMA Department. To this day, I still got no answer from Corsair. That is enough!
Administrators Technobeard Posted June 12, 2014 Administrators Share Posted June 12, 2014 I've asked customer service to look into it.
Raƒa
The RMA Department told Corsair that they have never received the case, that is simply not true, DHL confirmed that it arrived at the RMA Department! Corsair asked me to upload the invoice of the case (I already did that in two other tickets, my RMA would have hardly gotten the status "approved", if they did not have the invoice...), so I uploaded it again and they told me they would pass my ticket to a manager, this was nearly two weeks ago and still no reply...I'm really fed up with Corsair!
