ludovic
Hi all, I have been a long supporter of the brand, i also own a m95, my case is a 540 and my power supply comes from Corsair too. I bought a K70 about six months ago and i am really disappointed to see it fail already. I was really satisfied with the keyboard, it is solidly built and confortable. But, the cable might just be too rigid. because a few days ago, the keyboard started to suffer from a short, as it turns itself on and off when it gets moved or the cable is moved. I live in Australia and computer shops are not quite at my doorstep. but i need to get it fixed. Anyone with this issue and a simple fix? Thanks. Toasted
Request an RMA to replace the keyboard via Corsair. Make sure you upload a picture of the invoice as well for proof of purchase.
