K70 not functioning, no RMA response.

So I sent in an RMA request 4 days ago, still no response. I don't like doing this (posting on forums) but I see no other option other than to call. The ticket number is 6470027. Appreciate any help from Corsair representative. Thanks.

I had put in a ticket the other week that went unanswered for 8+ days. Called up Corsair and someone picked up fairly quick and got me taken care of (service was great).

 

The rep mentioned they had some issues recently with their ticketing platform which might be the cause of the delay there. If possible, just call them up with your ticket number. I was pleasantly surprised that I could EASILY find a phone number and actually get someone on the line. This makes me like Corsair even more, but still bummed about my broken K70. They're getting me fixed up though.
