Why does it take so long.....

Recommended Posts

to get a reply when you submit a ticket?

I started a ticket, 6468995 on 5/18. 3 days later, I figured I would be better to request an RMA, ticket 6470148. I wasn't aware when I tried for an RMA that a new ticket would be generated so it now looks like I may have done the same thing twice.

Isn't 4 working days a bit long to wait when your SSD drive went to crap? I need this to work from home so I had to run to BestBuy and get whatever they had available to get me running again.

It's really sad that other than a generated reply that your ticket was started, there is not a peep after 4 full days.

I have a number of systems with Corsair hardware and love the hardware but I now wonder what will happen if 4 systems of Corsair hardware start going belly up when only a few months into warranty.

C'mon guys, busy is busy but I have time to reply to my customers via email in a much shorter time frame.

i think what you were expecting was an automated response acknowledging your ticket was received and theres been instances of this being labeled as spam and gets tossed

and by calling you can get current status of things right off without lingering in a ticket cue.
