Dangemran
Hi, I am having an issue with my new Corsair V1500 v2 headset I got yesterday. After using it for a while or playing Wolfenstein the New Order I seem to get a crackling noise for a random-ish period time that totally affects the output for everything. The only way to temporarily remedy is to take the Headset out of a USB port and put it somewhere else and sometimes that does not even work. Does anyone know what is wrong :[pouts:? Synthohol
are there any other devices near it that can cause interference? microwave, cell/wireless phone? anything? just trying to narrow it down.

Only a wireless adapter in the back where the headset is plugged in along with a mouse. I don't put my phone near it (depends what is meant by "near it"). Dangemran
Just used it on my laptop; the buzzing/crackling/werid noise happens there as well when it most notably happens when the cable changes position. Are you supposed to have a USB headset still in a specific position?
Toasted
If it changes as the cable moves, it sounds like the cable is faulty. Request an RMA to replace the headset, also make sure you upload a picture of the invoice as proof of purchase.

Just done so, thanks for the tip and I have uploaded the PDF of the order (should be just as good or better?).
