Corsair Link Reading 3 of 4 Fans

Hello Everyone,

Just completed a new build and installed a H100i and Corsair Link software. Using version 2.6.5214 and FW version 1.0.7. Overall things seem to be working OK, but I have an issue with one of my fans. I installed the H100i in a push/pull configuration, using the stock SP120L on top pulling out and SP120 PWM on the bottom pushing air into the rad.

One of the top stock SP120L fans seems to be spinning at full RPM's while the others are at a lesser rate. My software says connected fan(s): 3 of 4 under the Options>>Devices tab. I can control the 3 that the software sees.

Any suggestions, ideas, or thoughts on why the software will not detect the 4th SP120L fan? Thanks.

FYI...

Here is the response I got from a Corsair tech support person.

Did you happen to have a previous Corsair Link software installed before you install the new one? If you did, did you do a clean installation?

Try to do clean installation method and see if this fix the issues you're having:
