Since all else is failing, here goes nothing.

I won't go into details, but this is my 4th negative experience with Corsair Customer Service (out of 4 total).

 

I've had shipping to the wrong adress (three times), one tracking number while there was actually two, sending wrong parts (twice).

 

Each and everyone of those with LONG (3-4 weeks, one even took close to 2 months) delay in answers or etc.

 

This time it's my TX650M (reference ticket # 6462717). I want an answer.

 

I would've been PSUless (since the fan does not spin anymore), if I didn't buy a competitors PSU.

Sorry for sending you two messages, but there's no message in sent messages after sending one, so I had no way of knowing if it actualy was delivered.

 

to see sent msgs,you need to turn this feature on in options...

No worries, I'd rather get 2 messages than 0 messages. Thanks for taking the time to communicate with us. I'm not sure what the CS/TS manager will do in this situation but I have brought it to his attention. Again, we're sorry you have been on a bad roll with us. We will strive to fix these issues. ::pirate::

Going to be 15 working days tomorrow, while the site says:

"Typical Processing Times:

1 to 2 business days for your replacement to be processed or for a credit to be applied to your account.

3 to 5 business days for your replacement to be shipped and delivered.

14 business days for a check to be mailed to you. "

 

I brought this to his attention last time and nothing seems to have changed, doesn't seem like your corrective actions are quite efficient.

 

No worries, I'd rather get 2 messages than 0 messages. Thanks for taking the time to communicate with us. I'm not sure what the CS/TS manager will do in this situation but I have brought it to his attention. Again, we're sorry you have been on a bad roll with us. I shipped the unit with the label I was finally able to get my hands on. They offered me a HX650 instead of my TX650M unit, this just won't be enough for me to go with Corsair again. On e-tailers, the price difference of both power supplies is around 10$ with the TX650M being actually more expensive at some sites.

Well I received the package today, instead of the promised HX650 and 3x AF140 fans I was told I was getting, I received another TX650M, which brings me to 5 negative experiences in a row! Keep going Corsair, you're really on a roll here.

 

I mean seriously Corsair, don't tell your clients you're giving them compensation for delays and such then not shipping them is really a low blow for what I've experienced so far.

 

I expect a serious follow up and someone actually calling me to tell me how they're going to take care of this. I'm fed up.

in 10 days, it will be 5 months. 5 months with my experience with Corsair CS and TS, I can honestly say I've never been more fustrated about getting PC parts. Ever. But I am confident Corsair will settle this and rectify the situation.

I will see tomorrow, when I receive my package, if this "situation" has actually been rectified. I never got any confirmation of it's content and CS told me that they'd let me know my new tracking number, but never did. I tried the one on the ticket and it had been updated and they told me to let them know if I had any questions. I did, twice, never got an answer back, since the 18th and 20th.

 

Going to be 2 months in a week. I sure hope the package I'll be receiving tomorrow puts all of this to rest.

They told me my packages ETA is July 15th, but have provided no tracking number like they said they would do.

 

Told me that they'd give me a # June 25th

Told me ETA July 2nd

Still no answer July 7th for a tracking number....

Now they say the ETA they stated is the time to arrive to them, when I asked if it was to me or them. They said to me.

 

Before ETA was 07/15/2014 to arrive to me

Now ETA is 07/18/2014 to arrive to them and god knows how much more time to get to me.
