Wrong Product Number In RMA Process

Hi I was RMAing my AX760 PSU and put the wrong product number I put it as CP-9020045-UK/RP when it was meant to be CP-9020045-UK I'm stressing out abit thanks for any help you can give me. I did contact the help desk 4 days ago they have still not got back to me.
