ggsherman
Hello all, I have no idea what I am doing. My keyboard works just fine. It lights up and types fine but I for the life of me have no idea how to setup a macro. There is a program that I have no idea where to find or download. When I try to run the firmware update it says I do not have it plugged in. I have both USB plugged into the USB 3 port and tried USB 2 ports too and no luck. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Thanks, Geoff
Toasted
Check Device Manager. Are there any errors listed for the keyboard? If no, Expand Human Interface Devices, Do you see Corsair Gaming keyboard?

I uninstalled the keyboard then I unplugged/plugged back in my keyboard and windows automatically installs it. Any idea? Thanks in advance

Toasted
Make sure you have downloaded the correct software and firmware. The screenshot says you have a K95 while the thread title says K90. http://www.corsair.com/~/media/Corsair/download-files/drivers/keyboards/K95-setup-091913.zip
