Can't create support ticket for K70

I am unable to create a support ticket for my K70 keyboard that just died on me. I can fill out the form until I get to the "Product Family" section.... and there is no "keyboard" nor related choice listed. How can I fill out the "Ask a question " or "Request an RMA " forms if there's no keyboard/peripheral choice? :confused:
