Sry for this,but cannot find any other way...

Hello! I'm in the wrong category, but maybe can get help anyway, I chatted with Corsair Support Wednesday ang I needed new corsair screws to RMA if it went through it, then so wanted to have proof that yes had a corsair 100i and then so yes it is sent to the support and then accepted it as my screws were sent.

 

But then this is a bill that I have to pay `?

on the support did not mention that it would cost so find it kinda weird :mad:
