raikanami
Hi guys, I'm pretty new to this forum post thing so bare with me with some redirection or some constructive feedback. I like using this keyboard since I've bought it. Learning how to macro my kerybinds for MMOs was an interesting journey. However, I've encountered a serious issue when I have no macros programmed into my profiles. When I press any of the G Macro keys, it goes haywire as in pressing the CAPS LOCK key and across the board - "CAPS, asdfghjkl;' ENTER" - and would interfere with my gameplay and also possibly my OS. Please view video as do what I mean. [ame= ] [/ame] Would be great for any redirection or feedback. Thanks!
Toasted
Have you tried reflashing/updating the K95 firmware? Have you tried a different USB port? Is the issue still present when it's plugged into another computer?

Is the issue still present when it's plugged into another computer? I have tried updating the fireware already, still the same issue. Is that the same as flashing? I have also changed USB ports, still same problem. Unfortunately, I do not have another computer to test it on sadly.
Toasted
Yes flashing the firmware is the same. Latest BIOS and chipset drivers? Have you tried reinstalling the software/drivers? Also put in a support ticket and see if Corsair Technical support have any ideas that may help.

Also put in a support ticket and see if Corsair Technical support have any ideas that may help. Ticket support responded with installing the firmware as you suggested. It worked for a short period of time and went back to the same old error and random macro programmed. I have uninstalled and re installed the drivers and made sure all my profiles were wiped. Still same issue.
Toasted
Can you try it with the profile saved on the keyboard and hardware playback enabled? Does it still do the same?
raikanami
Can you try it with the profile saved on the keyboard and hardware playback enabled? Does it still do the same? It does the same thing regardless of the different profile or M1/2/3. For example, G6 registers as CAPS LOCK asdfghjkl;' ENTER 456+ across the board and so on with each different G key from 3 to 12. Toasted
It did the same thing even with hardware playback enabled? If so, it sounds like a faulty keyboard. Post back to your ticket and ask if you can replace the keyboard.
raikanami
Just an update. Sent it in via RMA to get it replaced. Still in process, but went through the ticket system.
