MarkGlover
I have a corsair 250d as I wanted a compact rig and I am using the corsair ax860 power supply, there are far too many cables clogging up the front of the case, so was wondering if someone is selling/making shorter cables for power supplies or has a good technique that they dont mind sharing so I can make some up myself, so I can tidy up the case. rik1254
I've had the same issue, I've turned to cutting a length out of ye cable and soldering both ends together. This would the require braiding the cables to hide the heat shrink. Now I would recommend buying new plugs (or use you're existing plug, but buy new metal prongs for inside) and completely make you're own wires up. Obviously warranty is void (ish)
Word of Madness
If you don't want to make your own, look at ModDIY. They do a lot of made to order custom cables at reasonable prices. FrozenCPU and PerformancePCs might also be worth a look. Just let them know exactly what cables you need and the length and colours of sleeve you want and get a quote. It'd be nice to see Corsair do a short cable kit like Silverstone have.
