XCLx321H
Sirs, I recently purchased a H100i w/Corsair Link, my MBoard is a Sabertooth Z87. My question is can run both Corsair Link and the Utility's that come with the MBoard (AI Suite 3, and Thermal Radar 2) or should I chose between the Two ? Also, Should I disconnect Corsair Link cable at the USB side when I first run the machine before POST and installing the OS ? And just run it with the SATA Power connected. Does this seem correct ? Thank you for the Info and advice. 2 and 1/2 years on my H70....
Corsair Technomancer
Hey XCLx321H, So first thing I want to point out is that you should never be using only the sata power and the 3-pin cpu header should always be used. As for the multiple utilities it varies from system to system. My personal recommendation is to make the choice between which one you want to use as there have been some customers who have issues with using multiple sensors at a time. Like I said earlier it's not guaranteed that you'll have a problem, but be mindful if you choose to use 2 or more that you might run in to some problems. XCLx321H
Sir, Thank you for the re-ply, Like I said before it means a lot to me. Now I'm torn between two Utility's, First I'll try ASU's Utility, Than the H100i's. Possibly try both ? see if there's Conflicts. If there is I'll have to make a choice. Thank You Sir. My H70 has been running strong for 2 and 1/2 years now, not a sound. Thank You Sir's....
