czernobog Posted May 11, 2014 Share Posted May 11, 2014 Hi, mid-february I have recieved a new H60 unit, the one I bought had clicking\grinding issues. The new part was sent via Express Delivery, after being charged 56$. I have promptly sent back the defective unit, but have yet to recieve the money back. Also, the return label did not cover the costs of sending back the defective unit, which generated additional costs. My ticket nr is 6413283. Any updates to the ticket status would be welcomed.
