bctg106
I personally have experienced the extreme loudness issues with the driver and the Razer Program just works so much better (But I can't use the volume control on the headset). My 2100s sound fantastic when the volume doesnt permanently sound like its at 200% of what it should be. Your software development team has so far been a total failure, please fix it. There's a ton of feedback in the Vengeance Headset Driver v2.0.26 driver sticky thread, left without official responses for a couple months now. Is there any ETA for a new driver that might include fixes or improvements for a lot of the mentioned issues? I'm specifically interested in a mic gain/boost option. krneki
Never bothered with Corsair drivers for my Vengeance 2000, since they caused more problems that they fixed and instead used the default Windows 7 drivers. While they work only in stereo mode, at least they work properly and sound very good. Now with Razor drivers it's like having a new par of headset, the surround works great and doesn't cause any issue.
