kzinti1
Why would a completely legitimate order I made through Corsair be marked as "Possible Fraud"? All the info I gave, name, address, credit card number, everything really, is completely accurate. I've e-mailed them twice so far and only received the response that they've received my e-mails and will respond within 48 hours. It's been longer than that already. There's a thread in this Forum, "Customer Service and Technical Support Center This is a direct link to our support system at http://corsair.force.com", that only takes me to a page to change my password. I don't need to change my password I need answers to my questions. BTW, Corsair has already removed the money for this purchase from my credit card account. I have the statement, of course. Most companies don't take your money until they've either shipped your order, or received confirmation that your order has been delivered. This is more than a strange event, it's downright surreal. Also, my Order History has been changed to show that I've ordered only one item from Corsair, when it should show almost a dozen completed orders. I could call Corsair, of course. But, as most people, I much prefer written e-mails for my records.

I'm not sure who you emailed as CS doesn't have a public email address. I've asked customer service to find your order and email you.
kzinti1
Thank you for your help. I've kept copies of all correspondence with Corsair on this matter if you'd like to see them. They also have the included links and the canned response from Corsair that they'd contact me, yet haven't. I keep multiple copies of all correspondence with every company which I have need to contact. Always have. I've found it extremely beneficial in the past and highly recommend everybody to do the same. (The problem has been solved already. Simply a false reading on Corsair's filters. I can't wait to try out this new AX1500i power supply! It received the very 1st 100% rating at http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story&reid=378. JonnyGuru.com is the 1st place I go to find out about any new power supply in which I'm interested. So far, their reviews have been spot on.)
