thomas123
So I just got my new build, all assembled, everything working as it is supposed to, except the button that is supposed to activate the front leds doesnt work, or at least i think it doesnt. When I press it, everything lights up, but when i release it, they turn of, so it is not like an on/off switch, but more like a 'push to leave on' button, which is not what it is supposed to be is it? G50EED
There's no connector for that switch; it's handled by the fans ' connection to the fan switch (that's why those fans can't be connected to a regular fan header). Anyway, if the two front panel fans and the side panel fan are all working properly then I would assume you have a faulty switch. You can request a replacement front panel assembly via the RMA process. You will find the part you need listed in the "case parts" section of the site. davidman92
Stupid question before you tear apart your build looking for loose connections or request an RMA - are you certain you're pushing it in far enough? It has to be pushed pretty deep, there should be an audible click.
