EarlZ
In about 90% of the time that I will manually run TRIM using the Corsair toolbox my system ends up in a "not responding state" the PC does not crash though but if perform a hard reboot the SSD is not detected and I have to power off the system and power it on again to get it working. I am using a Force 3GT 240Gb
Toasted
IMO there really isn't any point to manually run TRIM as its usually send when files are deleted automatically to the SSD. (Might be wrong though) Check if you have the latest SSD toolbox, chipset drivers and BIOS. If it still "freezes" try a different SATA port and see if that helps.
