RMA: Going directly to given address?

Recommended Posts

Hi, I recently got approved for a replacement of my keyboard. I was supposed to send it overseas.

However, i just learnt that my friend is flying to Hong Kong tomorrow and passed him my keyboard with the rma label it. Is it possible for him to go to the given address directly to pass them the keyboard? Also, can he receive the new keyboard on the spot as well?

I need to know specifically what will happen if i use the courier delivery. Basically he will go to the 13th floor, Unit B&C. Then whats going to happen is he will TRY to locate people from CORSAIR. May i know exactly what is going to happen? Or if there is no one to sign the papers, is there a MAILBOX? WHERE SHOULD HE PLACE THE PACKAGE?

If they're just dropping it off in person like your friend wanted to, then no, that wouldn't work. If they're a shipping company, then they can drop it off like UPS / FedEx, etc does.

In otherwords, it's best just to ship it through the local mail or a shipping company.
