winstonlim1
Hi, I recently got approved for a replacement of my keyboard. I was supposed to send it overseas. However, i just learnt that my friend is flying to Hong Kong tomorrow and passed him my keyboard with the rma label it. Is it possible for him to go to the given address directly to pass them the keyboard? Also, can he receive the new keyboard on the spot as well? Administrators Technobeard Posted May 3, 2014 Administrators Share Posted May 3, 2014 Sorry, they can't do RMAs in person. I'd suggest he ships it when he gets there so the cost will be low.
winstonlim1
He's in hong kong now. So besides mailing locally, is there a place for him to go to directly to do an exchange on the spot?

winstonlim1
My friend arranged for a courier to drop the item at the given address, during office hours. However, there must be someone there to pick it up. Is that possible?

winstonlim1
My courier will go to the given address but someone has to be someone there to sign the papers so i know you guys have received it. So just to confirm, there will be people at.the warehouse right?
winstonlim1
I need to know specifically what will happen if i use the courier delivery. Basically he will go to the 13th floor, Unit B&C. Then whats going to happen is he will TRY to locate people from CORSAIR. May i know exactly what is going to happen? Or if there is no one to sign the papers, is there a MAILBOX? WHERE SHOULD HE PLACE THE PACKAGE?
Administrators Technobeard Posted May 6, 2014 Administrators Share Posted May 6, 2014 If they're just dropping it off in person like your friend wanted to, then no, that wouldn't work. If they're a shipping company, then they can drop it off like UPS / FedEx, etc does. In otherwords, it's best just to ship it through the local mail or a shipping company. winstonlim1
My friend will be the one contacting them anyway. But he called the warehouse and they said there will be people there to receive and to signify that they have received. Thanks anyway
