martinio1
I've been having some issues with the LED's with the H100i. More specifically, the green LED is the culprit. Basically, when you select green or go for full white (which is what I want to set it as) it won't show. Both the blue and red LED's are working fine, but the green won't cooperate. Now, interestingly enough, the green LED will flicker on/off when I set it to cycle, and in some cases it will even remain on full for a few seconds before going back to flickering/going completely blank. I have tried installing the latest firmware and corsair link. I also tried to downgrade corsair link from RC-v2_6_5214 to RC-v2-4-5110 as well as going down to 1.5 firmware, but no luck. Does anyone have any other suggestions? It would be great to get this sorted.
martinio1
Just a quick update: It seems like the green light is working and stays on, but only if I have the lights down to 70 on the slider. So it is currently white, just not very bright...

Got to love Corsair's warranty/customer service.

AlphaBravo
Thanks for that. I just need to see if I can find my old cooler, else I'm screwed. :p: You can request an express RMA. You provide your credit card information, and tCorsair will send you a new unit and only charge your credit card if you don't send the defective one back. That way, you won't be without a cooler. That is what I did.
