giygas Posted May 2, 2014 Share Posted May 2, 2014 I ordered a sleeved cable kit and the sleeved 24-pin ATX cable. I got the ATX cable 9 days later by itself. Am I to expect the other package of cables to be on its way? The confirmation email I received said that I would get another email once the order shipped. I received no such email, and have no way whatsoever of checking my order status or tracking any package. I don't know if they just forgot about my second item. I called the customer service a few days ago and had to leave a message, and I asked to change my shipping address because I thought that all this time the items had not shipped yet. They haven't gotten back to me and I don't know if they did end up changing the address for the second item. What is happening. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

giygas Posted May 5, 2014 Author Share Posted May 5, 2014 This section is called Customer Care, does anybody at Corsair ever look at these posts...most other people's threads have next to no replies, I'm not getting any response over the phone or my support ticket submitted either...this being ignored is beyond frustrating, I'll be sure to never buy anything from their online store ever again.
