What must one do to get an Advanced RMA

I have opened a ticket ( 6453574) over 2 weeks ago, you asked for proof of purchase which i gave then you refuse to answer my ticket updates I have now called Corsair direct from my home landline to corsair (510 657-8747) and been kept on hold for 12 mins then line went dead rang again and got an answering machine and i left my details and still no reply, what gives Corsair?


Is there anything more i can try before i give up and bin my PSU and buy Antec?


Don't have Skype installed and don't want it installed either, I thought calling direct would have been enough to get a responce.
