Its completely unacceptable for any company to advertise a product online and then have the order on hold for 11 days. In addition, there has not been a single email or phone call made in order to notify me or other customers about the status of the order and when it will be resolved. Its safe to say that I wont be recommending corsair to anybody, not because of product quality (which is to be determined since I haven't received the product yet) but due to the fact that Corsair has poor customer service and a major company flaw with regards to sales. I rather pay more money and receive the product in a timely manner than wait for 2 weeks and counting with no time frame of when the product will be shipping.
