Dave65
Hi guys, got a problem with my Corsair H100i..I wanted to use the second connection for 2 more corsair fans, but when I went to plug it in there was no connector..I took the unit out of my case to see it inside, little pieces fell out in my hand..The one plug is OK and still works but I have no way of connecting the other connector..Added to the LED problem I guess I really have to RMA now:[pouts: Anyone else had this problem? Corsair Technomancer
What you can do is submit the RMA request and in the ticket description put down that you are just looking for the replacement cables. We will be able to change the RMA to an Accessory request. Just attach a copy of your receipt to the ticket and then we can approve the ticket. Lmk if you have any other questions. rjbarker
Had a similar issue with one of the Fan connectors pulling right out of the mount when unplugging....very cheaply built connectors!!! I simply didnt use em...ran my own Noctua Fans to splitter and Fan Controller ;) .....you just be able to monitor RPM of the Fans unless you run a "signal" connector to one of your Mobo headers. It isn't the cables, it is the piece inside the pump where you plug the cable in to..It is gone..already have a replacement coming.. Thanks for responding:)

I may do that with the new one..Funny thing is I never even used that side since I just had two fans being used..
