qmrneo
Hi, I have bought HS 40 yesterday. I found certain things which are annoying a lot though I am satisfied with the sound quality. 1. The mic has a buzzing static sound while recording. 2. I have plugged it to USB3.0, every time i restart my desktop the application for HS40 closes and not able to start the application. And at the same time after restart it give 2 messages as attached. I have to plug-in every time. Is there any solution to these issues? Thanks

Conners
Are you using the onboard sound or do you have a dedicated card? On thing I would try is to go into the device manager and deleted the headphones and driver, reboot and reinstall the software for the headphones. Or if you don't have the latest driver of 1.08 Software. Theres the link. G/L
qmrneo
Its onboard sound. I did the re install software for the headphones. I found the issue with the popup "security warning". By un checking the checkbox "always ask before opening this file", the headset is now working as expected. Thanks Conners
