So I just got my 760t =[

Just got my 760t today and I noticed this.

This is the dust filter for the font of the case where there are two fans.

 

It's a press and release filter and i noticed the left side prong was snapped off when i unboxed the case.

 

Is there anyway I can get a replacement part without having to send the one i have currently? i dont want to have an open face computer.

just start a rma stating what you need and since the filter is a misc part,you will not need to send it back

any other q's then just post,be glad to help...

why is it soo hard to request an RMA? lol

Im trying to get past the Select your Product page but there arent any 760T parts listed on the list. So i cannot get past the first part.

 

Im on hold with customer support at the moment, and its been a total of 45 minutes since "I will be connected to the next available customer service representative"

 

Ive also stick on the "Please hold while you're connected with an agent" on the live chat.

 

Corsair, you need to hire more customer service representatives because this is just ridiculous.

so i just got off the phone with a rep and he told me just to submit an RMA with a random part number.

 

So i tried doing that but i keep getting redirected to ask a question rather than request an RMA..

Fair question. I just poked the team about this, thanks!

You can pick anything under the sun on the support portal and it'll still go to the support team.
