Corsair RMA "Facility moved" according to USPS... HELP

HI. I recently sent in my h100i for an RMA. It was suppose to be delivered April 19th, 3 days ago, but it said on the USPS tracking that a notice was left (I live about 2 hours away from Hayward). After calling customer service yesterday, corsair said they have not received my package. Today, I just got of the phone with the Hayward USPS supervisor. He told me that the Corsair RMA has moved their facility to another address, and that they are holding over 200 packages waiting to be delivered. He told me that they are waiting for corsair to send them an address.

 

What's is the problem? I've already gone 6 days without a cpu cooler, and how much longer is needed to resolve the issue? This is very frustrating. Seriously, OVER 200 PACKAGES? how come corsair didn't tell me that they "moved facilities" if they had me send my RMA to that facility.. 2252 W. Winton Ave

Unfortunately the new facility isn't ready to accept packages (afaik), and USPS is holding them until we can give the "OK" to hand them over to us. Sorry for the delay, but it's mostly to make sure that we have everything up and running properly before trying to ship things back out to you guys.

Okay. Thanks for getting back to me so fast. The supervisor was acting kind of "gittery" so it was making me worry alittle. How much more time with it take for the new facility to start accepting? I haven't been able to use my desktop for more than 10 minutes as the stock cooler gets too hot. Because of this situation, I feel like I'm going to be waiting a month or so just to get a new h100i
