randyzhao Posted April 22, 2014 Share Posted April 22, 2014 I just bought a pair of Vengeance 1500 v2 and installed the consair headset control panel. However, after I open the control panel, nothing happens. And there is an icon in the right bottom corner of my screen. Nothing happens after I double click it. If i right click it, it will show a menu, with a grey "restore" and "information" and a black "Exit". In the device manager, there is a corsair vengeance 1500 under the "Other Device". The device detail says "The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)" I am sure that the headset is plugged in during this process. My OS is Windows 7 Enterprise. I already installed the software here: http://www.corsair.com/en-us/vengeance-1500-dolby-7-1-usb-gaming-headset-v2. There is a DriverInstaller.exe in the folder of this software.
