nyepo
Hi! My HX650 Power Source I received less than 3 months ago due to an RMA just failed to start today and is apparently dead. Old RMA & ticket number reference: 6303360 I performed the PSU Paper Clip Test ( https://corsair.secure.force.com/kA1400000008UZ0CAM ) on this HX650 and is not working. The fan and the PSU don't start, they just do nothing. Apparently the PSU is dead. How can this happen to a brand new Power Source? I even have a UPS specially designed for the new generation of power sources: "Power Inspired VIS1000B - (1000VA/700W) SINEWAVE". So I don't really understand what is going on. I opened a ticket (number 6457366) and I am assuming I will be granted another RMA. I am also assuming Corsair will be paying all shipping cost (send & receive) as I already paid to send my PSU at the first RMA. Is that correct? I work from home and this is a big problem for me, as I have all my programs and data on my desktop computer, so I can't work right now until I get the replacement PSU. Is there any way to speed a little bit the ticketing process, and any chance this new RMA could be tagged as HIGH PRIORITY? I'm in a big trouble right now! Thanks. Synthohol
you can request an advance rma and list your previous rma in the ticket and i dont think you will have to pay for shipping either on a 2nd rma. get your ticket number, post it here and if you can call them today with the 800 number and see if things can be sped along. good luck and sorry for your troubles. nyepo
Hi Synthotol, thank you for your answer. I've already opened a ticket and listed there my previous RMA number, so they can check my case. I've also posted here the new ticket number so let's pray God someone at Corsair will look at it ASAP, because right now I can't continue working. nyepo
Well, I got my RMA approved one week ago (Tuesday, the 22th of April) and I am still waiting for my prepaid label (as this is a RMA of another RMA unit which I got only 3 months ago). But nobody is sending me the prepaid label, nor anyone is telling me anything ... I already updated the ticked asking for the label or any information, but nobody answered. I desperately need to start working again :( My faulty PSU is already packed and waiting for the label, so can anyone please speed up the process and send me this label so I can send the unit to Corsair?? Thanks ...

nyepo
No, I didn't know it existed ... gonna ask for it now. Anyway another day has passed and still nobody contacted me, nor sent me anything :| Edit: Just received the prepaid label! Now the faulty PSU is already on his way to The Netherlands. Can I still ask for an advanced RMA?
