gotto
thank god the 800D has been discontinued. I have nothing but problems with mine!!! when I first set it up I had problems with the connectors for the hot swap bays. second problem I have had is the power button failed so they replaced the front facial cool it works. and now the fan cover over the drive bays won't stay on:mad:. as well as one of the drive latches broke off and the slider thing inside has froze up and is stuck so I can't use one of my drive bays for my set up:mad:. so I waited for ups for the 5th ****ing time today and all they sent me was the plastic thing when I said to the rep at customer service that it was the metal part inside the case that was screwed up. so here we go again i'll be calling and bitching bright and early in the morning:mad:. as I sit here with a ****ed up case that ain't worth a ****. I think that I will be looking elsewhere from now on to other brands other than have to go through this ****. I truly hope there new cases are much better than there old ones!!! gotto
but over all my experience with corsair has been completely awsome:o:. they always fixed my problems with a phone call no questions asked no matter how much I bitched and complained:D:. so I will continue to do business with corsair since it seems like that it's one of the few companies that knows that the customer is right and they back there product!! Corsair Employee Corsair Dustin Posted January 5, 2015 Corsair Employee Share Posted January 5, 2015 Did we get it sorted out for you? The 800D was our absolute first case and we've learned a lot since then, but nobody should have as many problems as you did.

Sever1ty
My Corsair 800D has also been nothing but problems. In fact most of the plastic on the inside was utter garbage. The port door was also pretty crappy, but worst of all was the CD drive bay cover which to this very day is broken. I have been trying for years to get it replaced without success. Today I received reply from the company Corsair links to in regards to getting one, yet again with no success. Would not buy another Corsair item despite the many successful stories just due to how problematic this case has been for me.
